hi im not sure if anyone can help but does anyone know why they have stopped making it i have heard that it was due to it causing mental health problems but i dont know for sure mu daughter has been on it since she was 4 and is now ten and was on it untill yesterday she does have behaviour problems and i am now worried that it has all be caused by the drug

Ds1 has been on it for a few months and we got a bottle this week, but it's called Alimemazine tartrate as well, so I'm not sure if valerian is a brand name or what. I will have a wee look and see what I can find as obviously would want to know if it cause these sorts of problems.
