Hi - dd4 is sensitive to a lot of food colourings, sweeteners etc: usually produces raging temper and red itchy rashes/excema type patches on her body or limbs.

Just recently she has produced these up her inner arms and they are spreading/very itchy. She has just started taking the Kids omega 3 chewy bursts, having been fine on the syrup last winter. Has anyone else had a DC with excema or reactions to this product please? I am reluctant to stop them but think I am going to have to, just to eliminate Sad

Thanks for any advice

My DD has exactly the same problem with food additive sensitivities, so I no longer bother with things like haliborange etc

for a general vitamin tonic, I give DD Spirulina......shes fine taking the compressed tablets if I cut them up, & they are natuaral, & a brilliant source of lots of vits, minerals & even rare enzymes......you can get powder, but personally I found it foul,

& for extra omegas I used flax seeds, you can add them to all sorts, cakes, soups, or even blitz them into pancake mix in your blender, DD never notices, or complains
