DS is ten months and I've noticed often has big bags under his eyes. Yesterday after lunch (breadsticks, crackers, hoummus and fruit smoothie) he had small red spots on his cheeks for a few hours. He's also very pale.
He recently had a bad tummy bug and as a result is lactose free for a few weeks as he was showing signs of temporary intolerance. He's currently waking lots in the night, with prolonged crying spells.
Should I be worried about allergies? If so what's my next step?
