I have been getting a lot of skin probs, migraines asthma attcks.
I have been blood tested by the doctor for dairy, wheat, animals, grass, pollen, nuts
I was given mild allergys for cheese, cats, dogs, grass and horses and more severe for house dust mites.
I have identified Aspartame and sodium benzoate as causing migraines and some citrus products .
I am still getting some probs and was looking for what tests to go for next?
Thank You

This is one of biggest probs at the mo. I have builders in working in most of the houseso everything upside down, I am sharing a room with dd1 so very full of toys, 2 beds etc, and I wheeze a lot in bedroom but the rest of the house I'm ok.I hev bought new pillows, hoovered EVERYTHING, washed duvets, curtains etc and the same night-still wheezing(although not as bad)
Any more suggestions gratefully received

My main prob though is my migraines, I can't quite get down to what cause them. Aspartame is very obvious I react within minutes of tasting something with it in, moiuth goes dry and I know ,but otherthings must be causing them and I can't quite focus on anything.
Have tried a food diary but now am down to focussing on specific ingredients, any ideas?

I think magnesium is supposed to help with migraines. Try asking your pharmacy or reading up on something. Did you have to press to get these tests done? I have all sorts of allergies-Hives-Hayfever etc.Even have migraines but not as bad as I used to. That can be down to pms also.I found the sun bad for headaches.Do you need glasses-have you had your eyes tested? Im sure a health shop will so tests also. good luck
