My daughter (who was adopted from Sri Lanka) and husband would like to adopt a child from Sri Lanka (they don't have any children and are aged 29/30), but are continually getting the run around from Government/ Adoption agency.
Are there any people out there who have recently adopted from abroad who could possibly give me some advice which I could pass on to them.
