I am adopted and find my birthday really difficult. I put on a brave face but I'm so relieved when it's all over. Does anyone else feel like this?

No experience, but sorry you feel like this.

yup me - i hate my birthday. now i celebrate it on a different day ( usually teh day befroe or after)

i had bonkers adoptive parenst who didnt celebrate it at all
