Dandridge review - any thoughts?

I’ve been seeing some very negative comments about it, but it seems fine to me- pretty balanced and fair. Very top level recommendations so it’s hard to know exactly what will come of it. She also seems to place a lot of trust in the union which I don’t feel is warranted considering UCU’s record in this area! But not the total disaster or outrage it’s been portrayed as. Wondered if anyone else has looked at it and has any thoughts.
