Has anyone else experienced this and what action did you take? This is my final year as EE at a new uni who have been really awful at paying my EE fee. It was two months late last year and hasn't been paid again this year. I have been advised by the EE office that this is due to an 'operational issue'. I can't get a response from payroll
It is not a huge some of money but really useful over the summer ( children's summer camps etc) and I am a bit fed up with this happening again.
Does anyone have any advice please?
