Uni course administrator interview advice

Hi,
Next week I have a second interview for the role of course administrator at a university in Europe. It will be attended by the head of admin for the faculty plus the two professors with whom I'd be working.
I'm trying to cover different areas in my preparation, such as why I want to work there, the university's values, how we'd work together, what the professors look for in a working relationship, their careers so far - what they're passionate about, and any challenges related to their fields.
Then how I'd work with the Masters students, deal with/be sensitive to any struggles they may be experiencing, as well as the other university teams.
Plus my own abilities/experiences/how I'd respond in certain situations - STAR acronym, etc., while trying to present myself as someone they could see themselves working with.

Do you have any advice for me please on anything else I need to consider?
I would be most grateful for any insights. Thanks!

I’m not sure that European universities are facing the same issues as Uk HEIs but you might think about the changing expectations of students, especially post COVID, student feedback and how it is dealt with, comes with students etc. I don’t think professors will expect you to know about their fields but they might expect you to be aware of any particular matters that are specific to teaching/ courses in their discipline.

Hi, thanks for your reply! I think there's an increase in the 'student as client' expectation, although their tuition fees are much lower than in the UK. Post-COVID and student feedback are also good points, which I'll reflect on and ask about during the interview. For the professors' fields, I'll stick to the challenges related to the teaching/courses and any key points mentioned on the faculty's website.
