Anyone waiting to for the Leverhulme ECR announcements?

Todays the day applicants will be informed of the outcomes according to the website.

I've logged into the Grants portal and it says my application was updated yesterday and that I have '1 application that has been submitted or rejected'. Guessing this means that I was unsuccessful so just waiting for the dreaded email confirmation now :(

Anyone in the same position?

Morning - horrible waiting, isn't it?! If you click on 'My applications' at the left hand side of the portl, the status of your application should be next to the title (e.g. submitted, rejected).

It's awful isn't it @rbe78 - sending hugs! I just want them to rip the plaster off as it feels like I've been waiting forever now to know the outcome, haha.

Interesting - I've checked the portal again and my applications says submitted by the left-hand side, but above the title, it says: You have 1 submitted or Rejected application .

According to the website, the outcomes will be sent out by email - think I'd prefer that as concrete proof of a rejection for some closure!!

I always try to ignore the date of announcements and get on with something else to reduce nerves. But it is easier said than done.

The portal terminology probably doesn't mean anything.

Me too usually @parietal but it's my first fellowship app so feeling a bit vulnerable! I do have an ear infection infection which is doing its best to help take my mind off waiting though😂

I’m at the other side having just submitted an ESRC application. My part went smoothly but chasing up very busy people to submit paperwork is so stressful.

I’m waiting to hear back on my Fellowship application. They said mid June in one message and around 20th June in another, so trying not to spend the day refreshing the website/checking emails.

These things are so stressful!
