Could I ask how your school/college/institute is set up in terms of research operations (the admin, technical support, facilities and logistical elements in support of research). Do you have regular meetings which include academics, admin, technical staff etc to discuss current research/upcoming research, facility updates. R&KT committee updates etc? I am just looking to see how we can communicate better and be more inclusive interms of the broad range of staff that support research and the departments that are not based on the same site etc. Or does this generally sit under your research & knowledge transfer committee meetings?
