Don't have time to read it at the moment, but the fact that 'gender critical' and 'free speech' are in inverted commas says a lot about the position this report is likely to be coming from.

And it gets the facts of what happened in Bristol, Sussex and Edinburgh wrong (all examples of trans students rights to protest being infringed apparently)

But we in he should be aware in case admin takes it seriously - its framed as advice not just opinion
