Hi,

I am intersted in CBT trainee course through IAPT. Are here any people who have done this with IAPT and would they like to share their experience?

I want to know how much extra time you have to work at home to do the course work or is it done during the job hours that?

How difficult and intense is the course? I have 2 young children and not sure whether it will be manageable.

The advertisement says its two days in the uni per month. Are they face to face or online?

I will really appreciate your reviews.

I’m currently doing it. Some of your questions are difficult to ask, as it depends on the uni. My two uni days are virtual but once a module I go in for a full week. Assignments are generally done in your own time, as you have to see patients in work time. It is quite intense, but you wouldn’t need to work every evening and weekend
