Questions to ask in a lecturer interview

I'm currently lecturing part time but have got an interview for a full time post.
Does anyone have any ideas of good questions to ask the interviewers ( given that I'm already working in the department)?
Also any curveball questions that any of you have come across that I may want to prepare would also be appreciated.

What do they see as the department's priority / direction for next few years?

  • what support do they have in place to help your research?
  • what support do they have for further development eg becoming Fellow of the HEA (or similar?)

I had: what is my teaching ethos?
How can I bring more diversity and inclusion into the dept?
How do I manage large cohorts?

I got the job Smile
