Help needed- training timeline for pre-doctoral fellowship application?

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, but hoping someone can help- I’m applying for a pre-doctoral fellowship which is targeted at people working in local authorities.

I have not had to use my brain in this way for 20 years, and I am rusty!

I plan to complete a masters part time over two years and work towards a PhD by undertaking research as part of the course.

I need to lay out my training timeline on 1 sheet of A4 as part of the application- should this be the structure of the MA/MRes? Professional training which might or might not happen? Details of my research proposal?

As I don’t yet have a confirmed place on a course, I’m finding it tough to say exactly what I’ll be doing.

Any ideas what I should/shouldn’t include? Is there a ‘proper’ way to lay all this information out?

Thank you Smile

I am applying for the PhD version how exciting! The email contact on the PLAF page has been really, really helpful so I would send them a message.

Good luck with it!

Oh how brilliant @Skatastic! It’s such a good scheme, I’ve got everything crossed but I think the PLAF will be really popular... need to get it submitted now so don’t really have time to call them on Monday. The nail biting thing for me is relying on other people to do their bits before the deadline- typical local authority Grin
