Thanks in advance for advice.
As part of application I'll be scored for personal attributes. The attribute puzzling me is "Valuing Diversity". They want specific statements about behaviour I did (?at work?) that evidence these attributes.

Any suggestions what I could say -- what would you say?
Do they only want work-context anecdotes or anywhere in life stories?

I haven't been part of Athena Swan, so can't say I promoted anything. How do I know if I was a role model? I haven't had to challenge crap at work (or any time in last 15 yrs, really). How does one evidence mutual tolerance or integrity or great listening skills? Irk. Rest of the application will be easy in comparison. Ta.

Hmm, that is a tricky one. I guess you've got to think of something you can say when they ask the question about diversity, maybe that you've enjoyed being in a diverse group & value principles of diversity etc.

Does the role require any specific knowledge / experience of diversity? or are the people hiring you just trying to tick the right boxes?
