How ironic is it that the cap was set to prevent RG universities benefitting at the expense of post 92s, and now the government has managed to fuck over every single university equally?

Back in September 2019, so a million years ago now, past me thought it would be a great idea to volunteer to be in charge of recruitment for our department. Aaaaargh!
