Share your best practice online teaching examples

I'm coming back from study leave so have avoided a lot of the impact of CV, having been in my own little research bubble. But our institution is saying we will go to online only teaching in the new year. I understand how to record lecture content, and am trying to work out how my courses can be divided up into digestible videos to capture attention. What I'm struggling with is how interactive sessions will work, and the university have offered no guidance or examples of this so far.

Could we share some good practice ideas about how to run sessions online that were previously discussion/group work/practically based?

To an extent, it depends on what your uni has for its students. We've got blackboard collaborate and Ms teams which work well.

It is better if there is some level of consistency for students and for colleagues in depts sharing practice.

It will also need thought around your subject. I'll post some links in a bit. Just been in a meeting on the subject today
