One of my friend who has only A/S level as formal qualification has done a lot of free courses in her field of interest IT.( open university etc) She calls her self IT engineer, specialist, she does have a good amount of knowledge in the field and is good at it. She doesn't have a job, but she offers free service and advise to people, and people really believe that she is a IT specialist.She has printed her own bussiness card as well. Is this wrong? confused as she is not charging any money or harming anyone.
