Open days

This is a bit of a wwyd.

Open day on Sunday. I'm supposed to be working along with my colleague. I have no childcare so have to take my son with me and pick another colleague up who can't get to work on Sundays without public transport.

The issue is that there is a storm predicted with heavy rain and 60mph winds. I'm not v happy to drive especially with my young son in the car in that weather. I'll be in trouble of I don't go in though.

Honestly, I think I'd have horrendous D&V from the night before. The department will have to pay for a taxi if they want your colleague. Disclaimer - this might be because I'm getting pig sick of loads of pointless open days!

Open day on a SUNDAY?

We have open or applicant days on Saturdays and Sundays 🙄
