NHS Band 6 interview/scenario questions

Hi all, hope you can help. I have an interview coming up for the post of Deputy Sister within a Critical Care Unit. Any advice on typical questions/scenarios I may be asked. I am an exceptional band 5 with experience at Band 6 and passionate about nursing. I really want this post! Please help 🤗

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone on here has had employer funded education with the NHS for a nursing degree, 'm a HCA and would like to pursue a nursing career 'm not eligible for a student loan.I want to know if I should approach them or do they approach me with the opportunity and how long do I need to have worked for that trust to be eligible for this....thank you xx

Hi @Leahrue you might want to ask for your post to be moved, possibly to Higher Education. This section is for people working as lecturers etc and doesn’t get much traffic.
