What to wear for interview

Hi!
I've got an interview for a Manager's job (not academic) at a university research centre and I have no idea what to wear. It's my first interview in about 9 years so would really appreciate some advice. Would a smart dark colour Hobbs dress be suitable? It's not particularly tailored or corporate so I'm not sure whether I need to wear something smarter. I need a confidence boost so want to feel professional and appropriately dressed. Please help!

Wear whatever your comfortable in, my last interview i wore a straight navy dress with square neck and mustard coloured dress cardigan.

Look good, feel good, do good!
Whenever I am interviewing, confidence is key so if you have something that makes you feel on top of the world - but is still work appropriate....wear that! You will walk taller and project your confidence and competence better. Good Luck!
