Sales + pregnancy

I got my first graduate job in IT security sales about 9 months ago after my DS was 1 year old. I was exceeding targets from the get go and within my first 6 months my net profit was 48k for the company. It doesn’t come naturally for me, I don’t enjoy any of the process of sales. Even when I was over performing I had this overwhelming feeling of job insecurity. Anyway, now we have come back to work after Christmas I have been underachieving, the unrealistic targets are dooming my progression and the micro managing is getting unbearable.

The thing that’s stopping me from leaving this job is I have recently found out I am 10 weeks pregnant. My partner has just moved job with a 15k wage drop so we are not in a great position for money. I feel like I am on a sinking ship, it’ll only be a matter of time before my underperformance is going to terminate my contract.

I have a degree in equine science which I wanted to take down the veterinary Physiotherapy route but with two small children I can’t afford my further studying.

I really don’t know what to do or what my options are. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Repost in the employment section? You'll not get many answers here: this is academics corner, where university academic types hang out :)
