Nurses working in academia

Hi,
Looking for any advice from nurses who are now working in academia.
How do you (or do you) maintain your clinical hours for revalidation- and if this is via bank shifts, who signs off your paperwork?

Thank you

No need for clinical hours to revalidate - academic nursing is recognised by the NMC. Line managers who are Registrants usually sign off academic staff - just like in clinical areas

Thank you Smile
