Looking for advise if possible. I'm a veterinary nurse and will be due to return to work in January i feel like I'm at a massive wall because I only want part time until my children go to school in 3 years time, but I really don't want to go back to my nursing I didn't enjoy it much before I left and I've always wanted to go into the food industry either cooking or baking,.. But then I think should I just perceive with my job until the kids go to school and stay unhappy for those years.,. I just don't know to do for the best. Any one have any deciding factors or advise.

Lorza this is a section for working academics, so lecturers and researchers and the like.

There won't be much traffic here for your very reasonable question, so why not repost in Chat or Back to Work sections and see what others think.
