Trying to decipher what it means when neurons broadcast information to multiple cortical targets...

Neurons = nerve cells send information (for example input from sensory organs such as the eye or other parts of the brain connecting to the cortex) to many parts of the cortex (the outer part of the brain responsible for many higher functions such as perception, thinking etc).
