Any social workers here able to offer some insight?

Hello all

I missed out on a frontline social work fast track course.
And now need to find other routes into the profession. I would be a mature student/ career changer. A little long in the tooth to find my vocation but this Is it so any advise would be gratefully received.
I spoke to Kingston uni and they need an access into social work course so will need to find a Tutor in SW London too.

Can you do a 2 yr MA Social Work. It often includes placement experience, sometimes in the statutory sector. Bursaries used to be available but don t know if they still are
