I need a time management tool to teach that's not 'rocks in a jar'

I think everyone's been taught the rocks in a jar technique over the last ten years.

Has anyone been to a management seminar lately with a good tool (maybe interactive) like rocks in a jar that they could share?

I've found an Urgent/Important matrix useful in the past...not at all new, and not flashy, but helps focus the mind. I was taught it at an in-house time management workshop about 7 years ago.

no idea what rocks in a jar is.

I use Trello for home, and at work with my whole team.

You mean a training tool?

Love the urgent/important matrix, been practising it all day.

I hadn't heard of Trello, looks a great tool.

I'm looking for a interactive time management tool they can practise in a training session - only 10 minutes allocated.

I'm thinking they'll already know about the rocks in a jar as its 20 years old - I was looking for something new someone might have had in a training session recently
