Blood clot, or miscarriage? [content warning: graphic image included]

I have been having extreme pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, fatigue, and I woke up in the middle of the night and this heavy object came out. Is this a blood clot, possible miscarriage? Has anyone experienced this?

I mc a complete foetus and it looked absolutely nothing like that. It was visibly the correct shape and the tissue was blue tinged.. That looks like spongey tissue non mc like...

I previously posted photos of what I thought was a miscarriage, someone rudely responded it wasn't. Has anyone passed this before? I had brown discharge, and tissue, then a few days later extremely bad pelvic pain and heavy bleeding. I passed this and was in shock. It can't be a blood clot it's a sack of tissue. Please let me know if you by chance know what this is. I can't stop thinking about it.

Jesus, I didn't expect there to be actual photos, just a description!

Visit your GP if you're not sure. Mine referred me for an early scan.
