You know those letters and envelopes in one, light blue paper, with blue and red striped edging?

I need to write to one of my children who is on a long trip abroad and I want to send one of these (we were talking about them on the phone). I could buy some from Amazon but they seem to come in packs of 100 and I only need a couple.

Does anyone have any knocking around at home I could buy from you?

Would be so very grateful! It would make my day Flowers

You used the be able to buy them from the post office. From memory there were different ones for different locations which included the cost of postage.

Those are envelopes rather than aerogrammes.

They stopped selling them over a decade ago.

Will any of those post-paid ones be valid without the new barcoded stamps, though?

TakeMe2Insanity · 13/08/2023 15:40

Do they exist anymore? Clearly they do looking at pp.

That’s what I was thinking.
Better to use lightweight paper and envelopes and just pay airmail postage at the post office.
