ive been married to my husband for 5years and all was great before we had our first child but after that we started to disagree on everything and he was very lazy aswell as he always had his mother do everything for him.now we have our 3 children he has become lazy again he leaves everything in a mess and it drives me mad im always telling him to buck his ideas up but only lasts for 3days.ive even started using dating sites to make me feel better bout myself and he found out about that as he checks my email, facebook and texts and he hates me going out by myself all i want is time to myself now and again and i can't even have that.not sure what to do really!!!help

samandchloe, i think this would be more likely to get a response if you post in Relationships.

I'm bumping it so someone might see it.

I'm no relationship expert but I think if he's not responding to your requests then I would be tempted to explain to him that you can only do so much and if he's not prepared to pull his weight then either he finances it (pays for cleaner / ironing etc ) or you won't do stuff for him. So leave his washing, don't cook for him etc.

I also think that "me" time is very important and if you can afford it then childcare for a morning or two a week to give you a break or leave the kids with him at the weekend and go out and have a coffee / mooch round shops by yourself.

I think venturing into the world of dating sites etc is something you need to take a step back from if you want to work on your marriage.
