without deleting her as i dont want her to notice. I just would rather not have to read or look at her page tbh as she is winding me up.

you can hide someone..click on 'hide' by their up date.

Yes -- hover over one of her updates on your news feed and you should get a "Hide" button. Click on that and you'll get a "Hide [SIL]" button. Click on that and her updates won't appear on your feed.
