Nearly run over by Company van going through a red light - do I dob them in?

Some TWAT so busy talking to his mate that he went straight through a red light that had been red for a good 10 seconds - it was only because I realised he had no intention of slowing down that I jumped out of the way in time. He did a big 'OMG' face, but just kept on going.

Anyway, he was driving a van with his company logo all over it. I am highly tempted to ring up his work and tell on him... WWYD?

Yes. Might stop the idiot doing it to someone else. He clearly drives for work so could potentially mow down a LOT of people if he doesn't sort this pathetic behaviour out.

I would definitely ring his company.

mousymouse · 28/06/2010 09:27

yes do it.

Definitely dob him in.

I went over the crest of a hill to find a Virgin van coming towards me in my lane whilst overtaking a car. Had to slam on my brakes and he only just cut back into his lane in time - luckily there was no-one behind me.

I didn't have any details of reg numbers or anything but called Virgin and told them exactly what I though of one of their drivers!

Yes do it - next time it could be someone who is unable to react as quickly as you fortunately did.
