someone had hacked into my fb and my email address

so ive re-setted up a new email address and ive sent an email to fb through fb telling them what had happened.

how long does it take them to reply back to me??

i answered a couple of questions on fb that i had to type in and ive sent it to them but it been days now and no reply as on the questions it stated for me not to open a new account whilst they are looking into this for me. (im hoping to get back onto my fb account without having to open a new one).

Happened to me. Took weeks for them to get back to me and then they did nothing at all, referred me back to the faq section with 'thank you for letting us know, we're monitoring it' message. I changed all of my passwords. My privacy settings on fb were already as tight as tight can be. I change my passwords monthly now.

so is there anyone at the other end (fb)?? i did a mistake that i didnt put a alternative email address on my hotmail, so i cannot get into my email address at all!

If there's somebody on the other end (and there must be) you won't ever, ever speak to them. Same as Paypal.

so i wonder how do i know about anything???
