Is it really him? I thought from what I've read elsewhere that it was someone having a laugh (admittedly a quite tasteless one) by mimicking his "style".

Dunno seems like a bad taste joke rather than anything else. Just a combination of him being a bit of a twat/moron and trying to make a laddish "pwoppa naughty" dark joke.
Don't get me wrong the joke is sick, but a lot of people make sick jokes from time to time.

I know that the difference in the severity of man on woman violence as oppossed to woman on man violence changes the perspective.

MayorQuimby, it's not that ONE comment that is perceived to have crossed a line imo.

It's the regular content of those magazines which comes in at one inch before the line which is deemed to be acceptable... that's the problem we should 'go to town' for.
