here Forgive me if this has been commented upon before but this photo is just horrendous. What does she think a pair of breasts adds to her life?? It's indicative of a huge body dysmorphia surely? Abuse your body with crack and alcohol but graft on a pair of sillicone balloons and all will be well (forget the fact that your repositioned nipple seems to be escaping)
I don't know why but this upset me. She looks like a little girl strutting out with her mother's grown-up shoes.
