Why are my friends photos on my account?

When I press 'home' then everyone else's photos are there but when I press 'profile' only mine are there. Why are their pics there?

Is it ones you have been tagged in? I think on my profile page I only see the ones that I am in.

No, it's just random ones of them jogging (yes, really) or their kids or whatever. I'm not tagged in any of them, I'm not even in any of them. Have I somehow saved them to my account by mistake?!

'Home' on facebook is your newsfeed. This is where information on what your friends are doing comes up. So, they load up some photos, it shows on your feed, etc. This is normal & happens to us all.

'Profile' is what you are doing/have done. Photos you have been tagged in will appear here, or messages for you from friends.
