I do like her. And then every so often (quite often, actually) she reminds me of my younger sister, and then I'm not sure if I like her quite as much anymore.

She's done great things for this brass band though.

Ah...Late Lunch, now I had pretty unrefined tastes back then and hated anything remotely studenty so actually I didn't like her at all.

Used to call her Who Perkins but I cant remember why...I'm sure that must've come from someone else.

I only realised how fab she was when she did that food prog with Giles Coren

I think actually that GC quite loved her too.

The programme's essentially the same, so I don't suppose there's a lot of scope for her to take a role much different to Gareth's.

I used to prefer Mel. But in the last couple of years Due has come shining through... Conducting, excellent on Just a Minute ( benefit of the doubt - best episode ever) and now Dinnington Brass band. I love her sense of humour.

I didn't like the foody shows she did though.

I think she is great. I remnemner Light Lunch. God that must have been 1996. Donkey's years ago when dd was a baby and I was knackered and working shifts. Seems a whole lifetime ago.
