I don't believe so, there are apps that will show the people who look at you most but its completely fake and just picks 10 friends at random.

Mutt - the suggested friends are people that ar friends with one or more of your friends list - nothing to do with people who have looked at your profile

she's just said she has no friends on FB.

I've heard the same thing and rather bizarrely after i went nosing around a few months back an ex boyfriend suddenly tried to add me as a friend... could have been coincidance but i'm not sure

yes agree - my 'suggested friends' are just random people taken from my email address book
