Status Update - who can see what?

So I have my photos set for friends only. But I have a FB friend, who has another FB friend who is someone who I would rather not share info with.

What would this friend of a friend see? Anything? Nothing?

I don't post anything on the internet I am not happy for the world at large to read, but I have reason to believe that me posting even inane stuff might cause upset elsewhere.....

If you have it set to friends only they shouldn't be able to see anything.

Where do you set it though....?

Go to 'Account' and 'Privacy' settings. I think.

I've had a fiddle! Thanks for the info. I don't want to be upsetting anyone unnecessarily. Well at least in RL.

I think there can sometimes be a loophole by which if your friend made a comment on one of your photos, the friend of the friend might be able to see the photo. But I'm not sure about that.
