About complete inability to discussion and issues without crying!!

Have problem with ds pre school. Rang them up to ask for meetng to discuss, had palpitations talking to one girl who said manager would ring back! Soon as she rang back and asked what problems was I burst into tears totally inappropriate!!!!! Tried to exPlain prob and that tears not representative of problem.

Now have requested meeting tomorrow morning and think I'm gong to blubber like idiot and not get across properly what I'm concerned about and how I feel!

Does anyone have magic wand to keep the tears away?
