why is Darius' surname now Campbell?

His real name is Darius Campbell-Danesh. Just Danesh wasn't his own choice and now he has dropped that part of the surname.

Its his mothers maiden name . He is quoted as saying its a tribute to his grandfather who he visited in a home recently

Me.. I am cynical. Apparently America has gone daft for Scottish actors/singers right now. I personally think he did it to pick up more work in LA
