Yes it's the Daily Mail - I stumbled on this when looking at Cilla's sunburn and couldn't resist here - Oh My God. Now I know a life lived in flats can lead to fallen arches but FGS if that's what only ever wearing heels does to you??! It's like the equivalent of footbinding. When I look at Posh I just see suffering and self-deprivation. She seems a lovely person but something is so seriously skewed when it comes to her own body image. Terribly sad I think.
