re car seats - would you buy a 5 point harness car seat that goes up to 25kgs but NON isofix, or a highback booster WITH isofix?

DS is near 18kgs and cannot use the 5 pt harness any longer. We do have an ISOFIX high back booster but this fastens with adult belt

Not sure whether the ISOFIX non harness is safer than the non isofix harness....my instinct telling me to go for the harness but wanted to see what others thought?

For the high back boosters they are ISOFIT rather than isofix, so safety wise I would go with the harness up to 25kg.

Which actual seat is it that does up to 25kg - have you checked if it's included in the Which? reviews?

Its the Britax 2 way Elite...have looked on the Which? website and you have to register to see reviews, which I think I will do tbh

I didn't realise there was isofix vs isofit!! What's the difference?
