oh!

I was only watching the Keith meets Keith prog late last night on ch4.

Mad as a box of frogs wasn't he I shall down a bottle of red tonight while dishing up the beans on toast in his honour

FritesMenthe · 15/09/2009 09:26

How sad. I was watching Keith (Allen) on Keith (Floyd) last night and thinking what a bon viveur he was.

MadameCastafiore · 15/09/2009 09:27

Bloody hell - thoughthe was hilarious!

Who will be the third celeb to pop off this mortal coil I wonder?

AnyFucker · 15/09/2009 09:27

how did he die ?

Gawd, I hope it doesn't come in threes. First Patrick Swayze, then Keith.

How sad.

Portofino · 15/09/2009 09:27

Oh God! I hadn't seen that! How sad! He was always on my imaginary sleb dinner party list!

Bucharest · 15/09/2009 09:28

Loved him- will never forget the look on the ostriches faces when he was barbecuing ostrich steaks in front of them......

TheBalladofGayTony · 15/09/2009 09:29

how sad! but he had a good life!

AvadaKedavra · 15/09/2009 09:49

Died yesterday of a heart attack. Why did they not have a thing at the end of the show last night then?

brimfull · 15/09/2009 09:52

saw him on tv last night

he looked about 90 didn't he

I thought he was going to die at the dinner table.

sybilfaulty · 15/09/2009 19:56

I loved Keith. A real character. Didn't age well, though, did he - clearly his hard living took a toll.

florence2511 · 15/09/2009 19:59

What a character he was. I loved him too.

He was a bit slap dash in the kitchen which is exactly my style.

RIP Mr. Floyd.

WAs the programme a coincidence or a in memory of? DH reckons it was a coincidence and they didn't know until today of his death

PestoLovelyMonster · 15/09/2009 20:20

My DH said he had just sat down to watch it, having already had slap up meal previously and then had a heart attack
