Desperately seeking duplicate comforter!

My eldest son was bought a teddy/comforter from Sainsburys when he was born in 2007. It is a plain cream bear with a flat body. I've got a picture but not sure how to add to this post (new to the forum). He only took to it last year and now it never leaves his side. This is causing problems trying to keep it clean :-( and it is starting to look 'dog eared' now. Does any one know where I can get and identical one from? I've tried the local store and eBay, but no luck. Would appreciate any help. Thanks
