Shall I take him or not?

We have an arranged meet up at a local soft play today. DS been looking forward to it all week and there will be people there we haven't seen in quite a while and I'm quite excited to catch up with them all. However I have just changed DS to go out and I have noticed 3 or 4 red spots on his back. Shall we still go or not?

The big one on his back went, the others faded and he didn't come out in anymore so I don't know. He seemed fine all day Friday and Saturday but had a temperature, D&V and has been irritable since yesterday lunchtime. My sister looked after him yesterday in the garden and when I got back she'd taken his tshirt off cos he got it wet and he didn't have suncream on and was dithering and really niggly so not sure if he's had a bit of sunstroke or if it's connected to the spots he had on Friday.
