Not that she cant look terrible but the face isnt right. The lips, nose, everything is all wrong. Just looks like another weird blonde woman dressed up as her!

It really doesn't look like her and it's not just because she's thin. The lips in particular are different - they don't look like hers either pre or post-trout pout.

the curve of the lips/teeth/mouth is really different isnt it. But then anorexia can really change how a person looks.
