Do we believe this? I would faint dead away! I just don't believe that's all she eats - I would hate teenage girls to be reading this and feeling like pigs because they had a couple of biscuits as an afternoon snack.

It seems a normal amount to me.

TheDevilEatsNestle · 16/04/2009 18:10

I saw that interview with her too where she said if she does a work out and doesn't feel like vomiting she feels like a failure.

Strange.

I think she eats more than me, the calorie count seems low for what she has eaten tbh.

Obv smaller portions and she also has v little booze

badgermonkey · 16/04/2009 18:13

Porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch, cheese on toast for dinner? Nowhere near enough food for me. And I'm a size 8, not a greed monster!

That's very low-calorie, surely you'd always be losing weight on that? Some days look ok but Sat for instance = I'd be starving.

Lizzylou · 16/04/2009 18:16

I'm a lot fair bit bigger than you Badgermonkey, and I do eat less than that on a normal day.
Mind you,I do like some wine

traceybath · 16/04/2009 18:16

I think the calorie count is wrong too lizzy!

You're not eating steak and kidney pudding and 2 chocolate brownies albeit on different days and staying at just over 1000 calories.

She probably does eat very little though to stay so slim.

And i'd rather read that than celebs who pretend they eat like horses but are really skinny.

Lizzylou · 16/04/2009 18:17

She must have had a thimbleful of steak and kidney pudding for that to come in at less than 1000 calories for the day

badgermonkey · 16/04/2009 18:21

I would have that sort of thing for my meals, but you can add in some fruit or a couple of biscuits/bit of cake between meals, and a yoghurt or fruit with lunch. Otherwise I couldn't get through the day. I think I burn meals off really quickly.
