here

She doesn't have to work.

She didn't have to leave her newborn.

She's a daft mare.

MadameCastafiore · 11/04/2009 15:46

Steralising a bottle felt like climbing a mountain FFS!

fishie · 11/04/2009 15:47

she sounds terribly insecure and guilty.

bet her new album sinks like stone. you can practically smell the desperation...

ssd · 11/04/2009 15:49

doesn't make you warm to her does it?

muggglewump · 11/04/2009 15:55

I haven't read the article, no need she annoyed the lkife of me on that pregnanct diet show the other week.

It was like she was saying "well, you shouldn't worry about your weight, even though I do and I will be thin and fabulous, but er those other woman that do it are wrong, or something".

Dim, and vacuous is how she came across to me, and also image/body obbsessed whilst saying it was wrong

bundle · 11/04/2009 15:57

weirdo

BEAUTlFUL · 11/04/2009 15:57

I hate how slebs spout everyday knowledge like it's wisdom gleaned straight from God.

BEAUTlFUL · 11/04/2009 15:58

"If you feel suicidal after having a baby, see your GP." OH THANK YOU LOUISE! I NEVER KNEW! YOU HAVE SAVED ME!

southeastastra · 11/04/2009 15:58

dp always refers to her band as 'internal' snurk

If she had to go to the States to finish a documentary, why on earth didn't she take the baby with her? Very odd.

muggglewump · 11/04/2009 16:39

Yes MS, a bit empty. There's nothing about her at all. It's like she'll go along with any old thing.
She's just a bit, well, wet.

And it's that that annoys me. Say something, do something, anything that comes from you, not other people. She's like a puppet.

I never fancied Jamie either, I always thought his head a bit square looking. (not that, that adds anything)

muggglewump · 11/04/2009 16:41

And neither does my terrible grammar, but that can be overlooked I'm sure

ItsMargotBeaurEGGarde · 11/04/2009 16:49

She felt like she had to though. I mean. who actually starves in this country, it could be argued that nobody has to. We all have to grapple with the options, which usually just seem like a horrible dilemma.

But I do take your point. I got prg V easily (only thing I've ever managed effortlessly tbh) if I'd been trying for as long as they had, I think my priorities would have been different. So I guess that's what surprises me, that after everything, she prioritised work while her baby was so, so tiny.

muggglewump · 11/04/2009 17:22

But why did she feel she had to?
She's not really in the public eye is she?, unless she goes to premieres or decides to do a magazine shoot.

I thought it might be a good documentary about how dieting to achieve being thin is wrong in pg, but it came across as her wanting what the women she was supposed to be condemning had.

It didn't sit right with me at all, especially when she left her young sons, particularly the baby to film in the US. Why not take them?, or why not make the idiotic, show in the first place?

DuffyFluckling · 11/04/2009 17:28

I got about half way down and my brain dribbled out of my ear.

Could I have my 3 minutes back now please?

PuzzleRocks · 11/04/2009 17:32

Same here Duffy, I couldn't be bothered to read to the end. Silly silly girl.

ItsMargotBeaurEGGarde · 11/04/2009 18:39

Yes muggle, good point, she could have taken the children and a nanny.

I think doing these documentaries, size zero etc, it just perpetuates the skinny trend.

hayley2u · 11/04/2009 18:59

ar i dissagree. maybe she had already signed a contract before she got pregnant with her baby, qnd she d be sued a lt odf money if she had.
but its also her job her passion before she had her kids and there is two of them so the children are safe hands.

frazzledgirl · 12/04/2009 11:35

I got to the sterilising a bottle = climbing a mountain bit and gave up.

Silly vapid cow.

I never got why she kept getting named sexiest woman in the country, TBH - she's just so utterly bland.

fruitbeard · 12/04/2009 23:09

Jamie R chatted my bf up in a nightclub - before he and Louise got together - she knocked him back as he was v. dull (she now kicks herself for not getting at least a few designer handbags out of him!).

joshad · 12/04/2009 23:18

Managed to read four sentences and then gave up. Vacuous is the only work which comes to mind.

joshad · 12/04/2009 23:19

Word, I meant obviously!

Nancy66 · 13/04/2009 13:50

Jamie and Louise are a very good match - both, absolutely as dull as shit and neither are exactly MENSA material.

I've interviewed her and it was like getting blood out of a stone. She has nothing to say for herself.

largeginandtonic · 13/04/2009 14:05

I don't like her either. The pregnancy docu was absurd, all talk of how it is not important to lose weight after a baby but for her of course it was

Now she is doing the wii fit adverts but she never mentioned it in pregnancy docu.
